The Woodcraft Folk is the Falcon organisation in the UK working with about 22,000 people. It works with children and young people from 3 to over 21. Groups exist across the UK and meet weekly. Woodcraft Folk is active in the peace movement and teachings are around a world based on equality, human rights, environmentalism and slogans include "Education for Social Change" . The Woodcraft Folk will this year be hosting the IFM-SEI festival "Global Village 2006" At which a Rainbow Tent will work on Queer issues. Woodcraft Folk's Queer Branch the "Rainbow Network" is part of the over 16 age group of the organisation and aims to educate, run workshops and also provide support for Woodcraft members. It is run by the MEST UP project at www.spanthatworld.com.
